Question
In the Box connector, "A value that does not exist in the Box was entered for the item login." error occurs.
What is the reason for the error?
Answer
There are two possible causes:
- The e-mail address used for login is incorrect.
Please make sure that the email address stored in the "login" input schema of the connector recource is correct.
- The application authorization settings on the Box side are not correct.
It is necessary to configure the approval settings for HULFT Square on the Box side in advance.
