SocketConnectError occurs and transfer takes time, what should I do?

When transferring from HULFT Square to a package version of HULFT on an AWS environment, the transfer itself is successful, but a SocketConnectError occurs and the transfer takes a long time.
What can I do for this as a measure?

When transferring to HULFT on an AWS environment, enabling cross-zone load balancing on the load balancer may improve the transfer time.
