Question
We are experiencing a problem that multiple users not being able to open the Designer.
The behavior when opening the Designer is mixed with the following patterns:
1. The Designer is launched and scripts are opened as usual.
2. After pressing "Launch Designer" button, application starting popup does not appear and the project page is reloaded.
3. After launching the Designer, the following error message is displayed.
Communication error occurred.
HTTP status code: 500
The cause may be due to a 30-second timeout or other network error.
Answer
When the HULFT Square Designer service is under high load, access to the service might be temporarily unstable.
If you experience such events, please contact HULFT Square Technical Support Center so that we will check the status of the service.
