Question
When I test the connection of kintone Connector, I get a login error.
How can I fix this?
Answer
Please check the login information of the kintone user.
In the connection settings of kintone Connector, the login information for HULFT Square is automatically entered in the "Login ID" and "Login password" fields.
If the information of the kintone user is different from the HULFT Square user information, please set the login information of the kintone user.
*If single sign-on is configured and multi-factor authentication with MFA is set in the O365 account authentication, please try the following workaround.
■Workaround 1
HULFT Square does not support SAML authentication.
If only SAML authentication is enabled in the settings on the kintone side, kintone users other than the administrator cannot connect using the kintone Connector of HULFT Square.
Please consider connecting using kintone users who is not set two-factor authentication.
The following is the excerpt from the external site of kintone.
https://jp.cybozu.help/general/en/admin/list_security/list_access/2fa.html
REST API does not support the Two-Factor Authentication.
Therefore, users who enabled the Two-Factor Authentication cannot use password authentication in REST API.
They should use other authentication methods such as API token, session authentication, or OAuth authentication, or use another user for integrations whose Two-Factor Authentication setting is disabled.
■Workaround 2
If only SAML authentication is enabled, check the [Enter domain name directly] in the connection settings of the kintone Connector and enter the URL directly to bypass SAML authentication.
The setting enables password authentication login for common administrators.
The following is the excerpt from the external site of kintone.

Users & System Administrators can still log in to cybozu.com using password authentication even if the "Require SAML authentication" option is enabled.
The URL below is used to avoid the situation where no one can log in to cybozu.com after the failure of SAML authentication. You cannot disable this feature.1. Access the URL below.
https://(subdomain_name).cybozu.com/login?saml=off2. Log in to cybozu.com using the login name and password registered in Users & System Administration.
