Question
I would like to control permissions to make a connection available only to specific users.
Is it possible to control permissions by a feature in HULFT Square, such as User Management or Policies settings?
e.g.
Create a connection to HR information DB, and make it available only to users belonging to HR related organizations but not to other users.
Answer
It is possible to control which users can use a connection in the [Workspace] that is set when creating the connection.
First, create a workspace with users and groups that will use the connection, and then set the workspace when creating the connection.
The above settings allow the users and groups belonging to the workspace to use the connection.
Also, you can set [Viewer] or [Editor] permissions on resources created in the workspace for each user and group when setting users and groups belonging to the workspace.

Supplementary information
Whether users can access to connections depends on user permissions.
Users with Admin permissions can use connections created in workspaces to which they do not belong.
Please refer to the following online document for details on user permissions.
