Do I need to upgrade the version when I want to use a new feature that has been released?
Answer
HULFT SQUARE does not require you to upgrade the version of the software due to functional release.
The service will upgrade the version during the scheduled maintenance time.
・Scheduled maintenance
Conducted every Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (JST) at any time when processing is not in progress.
Maintenance Details:
- Security-related and other urgent issues
- Module updates with function improvement of the product
・Emergency maintenance
Maintenance that involves service stoppage except scheduled maintenance.
* In general, a notice will be given at least 30 days in advance.
* In some cases, an emergency shutdown will be performed in consideration of urgency.
