When I start Designer, an error occurs and I cannot log in. Please let me know how to resolve the error.

To use Designer, you will need the following runtime environments, which must be installed before running Designer for the first time.

• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7 or higher
  * .NET Framework can be downloaded from the Microsoft download page.
  

• HULFT Square Designer.exe
  * HULFT Square Designer.exe is available from the following screen when Designer is started.
