Question
I am sending a file from HULFT Square to HULFT for Windows.
In the log of Monitoring > SERVICE EVENTS > HULFT Transfer, the screen shows errors such as "STS=250 DSTS=736", "STS=250 DSTS=0802", "STS=250 DSTS=0701".
How can I investigate these?
Answer
As a premise, HULFT Square error codes are based on HULFT8 for Unix/Linux, and STS refers to status codes and DSTS refers to detail codes.
The status code "250" means that an error occurred on the receiver side.
In this case, the detail code is set to the status code of HULFT for Windows as the receiver, so it is necessary to check the manual of HULFT for Windows.
The meaning of each status code in HULFT for Windows and how to handle it are as follows:
Status code "736"
It means that the hostname could not be obtained.
Please check if the hostname is set in "hosts" file.
Status code "802"
It means that the corresponding information does not exist in the management file.
Please check if Receive Management Information and Host Information are set correctly.
Status code "701"
This means that the file cannot be opened.
Please check if the files set in Receive Management Information can be opened, if the management information files can be opened, and if the specified directory exists and writing is allowed.
Since HULFT Square, which is the sender, can display only the status code of the receiver, you will need to check the detail code from the receiver's log for investigation in detail.
