I get the error that the hosts on both ends have been disconnected from the other host

Question

When I check the completion code and detail code after an abnormal completion of a transfer, they say "disconnected from the other host" on both the sending and recieving side.
What kind of situation is that?

Answer

When a host disconnected from the other host, the "other host" does not always mean the actual host on the other end, but it also can mean relay devices on the network path.

Therefore, if this error message is returned at both ends, the cause is considered to be on the route.

- The connection is blocked by a network relay device or firewall.
- The connection is reset during transfer due to settings of a network relay device.
- The network connection was disconnected due to a temporary failure.

Please check your connection environment to see if any of these events occurred.
