About the behavior when Receive mode is set to "Replace"

I have set Receive mode to "Replace" for the HULFT Transfer Receive.
Does it cause an error if the File to receive does not exist?

Answer

In that case, no error occurs.
And there is no setting to return an error in the case like this.

If the Receive mode of the HULFT Transfer Receive is set to "Replace" and the File to receive does not exist, a new file is created.
