Email Connector outputs files other than attached files

Question

When I receive an HTML-formatted email with attachments using Email Connector, files other than the attached files are output.
Please tell me the cause.

Answer

HTML emails with attached files might have nested multipart.
Email Connector can handle only non-nested multipart, and the body text cannot be retrieved from nested multipart, or files other than attached files might be output.

Please check the specifications of the mail client for how to make the message an unnested multipart message.
