Question
When linking image files (jpeg, png, gif, etc.) to Salesforce in HULFT Square, is it possible to upload the image file to the rich text area item in the Salesforce connector?
Answer
HULFT Square's Salesforce Connector does not support uploading image files directly to rich text area items.
-Workaround
The data loader provided by Salesforce introduces a method of uploading an image file to a rich text item by first uploading the file to a different object, then retrieving the URL to reference the image and writing it in the rich text area in HTML.

The document and other objects introduced above can upload image data in base64 format, which can also be uploaded via HULFT Square's Salesforce connector.
For this reason, please consider if it is possible to substitute the method of storing image files such as documents once in an object that can upload them in base64 format, and then retrieving the URL and writing it in rich text area.
