The maximum capacity of each resource in a service plan is indicated by the red line on the dashboard, but we can continue using the service even if the maximum capacity of any resource is exceeded.
When exceeding the maximum capacity of any resource, will I be charged extra fees or will the service be slowed down?

At this time, we check the amount of each resource used in the last month in the following month, and if a customer continually exceeds the maximum capacity of any resource, our department in charge will ask the customer to change the contract if deemed necessary after confirming the usage status.
Therefore, we do not impose extra fees or slow down the service immediately after the maximum capacity of any resource is exceeded.
As stated above, we may ask you to change your contract if you continually exceed your maximum capacity of any resource.
Please be aware that you need to use each resource within your service plan.
