Q, Can I use a combination of OR and AND search?
A, No, you cannot.
Only OR search can be used in FAQ search.
If you add a search keyword separated by a space, it will be OR search.
Q, Can I exclude articles containing certain words from the result (NOT search)?
A, Yes, you can.
Use the minus operator (-) in front of the search keyword to find content that does not include that word or phrase.
For example, if you search by reporting bugs -support, the result will be articles containing the words reporting and bugs, but those that contain the word support will be excluded from the search result.
Q, How can I clear the search results?
A, Please go back to the top page again.
Q, What will be searched for the input in the search box?
A, The full text of articles will be searched.
Q, How can I search articles by category?
A, Please select the target category in the left pane of the search result screen.
You can also browse articles by category from the tabs in the middle of the top screen.
Q, Do the search results depend on spelling inconsistencies?
A, Yes, they do.
Q, Can I display a FAQ by specifying its URL?
A, If the FAQ site is already displayed, you can display a FAQ by specifying its URL.
The FAQ site can be viewed only by users who are already signed in to the Support Center.
Therefore, if you specify a URL while not signed in to the Support Center, the HULFT Square login screen will be displayed.
Please log in to HULFT Square and go to the Support Center before specifying a URL.
