Is there any way for users to detect when the Integrate or Transfer Service is temporarily stopped or down due to user or system reasons (internal cloud environment failure, etc.), other than displaying a status icon on the screen?
Answer
Currently, the status icon is the only way to detect a service outage.
If you suspect that the Service is down, please contact our Technical Support Center, including the operations performed before and after, the current status, and the Pod-ID.
