Reference permissions for each resource created in workspaces to which a target user does not belong

Question

The online help says that the following resources created in a workspace can be shared with users that belong to the same workspace.

-Storage
-DATA INTEGRATION (Projects, Connections, Data Formats, Variables, Schemas, Calendars)
-DATA ENTRY (HULFT Transfer Receive, HULFT Transfer Send, HULFT Transfer Hosts)
-API Projects
-JOBS (File Event Jobs, REST API Jobs, Schedule Jobs, HULFT Transfer Jobs)

Based on the above, is it possible for resources created in a specific workspace to be referenced by users that belong to other workspaces?

Answer

Whether resources created in workspaces to which a target user does not belong can be referenced depends on whether the WorkSpaceAdminAccess permission is granted to the target user.

Users with the permission can refer to resources created in all workspaces.

Users without the permission cannot refer to resources created in workspaces to which they do not belong.

Supplementary information

As a prerequisite for the above answer, users without List permission for each resource cannot see the each resource created in workspace to which the users belong either.
