I changed my MFA device (by damage, losing device etc.) without deactivating it and now I cannot log in to HULFT Square.
How can I disable MFA in this case?
Answer
You can disable MFA by resetting your password from the "I've lost my MFA device." menu on the multifactor authentication screen.
The screen appears after entering your registered user name and password on the login screen of the HULFT Square website.
If necessary, re-register the MFA device.
