The effects of user deletion

Does user deletion have any effects on existing resources?

Answer

User deletion affects the following two types of resources:

• Content created in the [Personal] workspace of the deleted user
  You will no longer be able to access the content.
  If you want to continue viewing the content created by the user to be deleted before deleting, recreate the content in a workspace other than the [Personal] workspace.

   

• Jobs created by the deleted user
  Job execution will fail after user deletion.
  But the execution result will be displayed in [Monitoring]-[Jobs] as same as before the deletion.
  If you do not want the execution result of the job to be displayed after user deletion, delete the job created by the user to be deleted before user deletion.

When deleting a user, a message will appear asking you to confirm the following precautions. Please read and confirm them carefully before deleting a user.

Message

• You cannot delete the Org Admin. Please designate a new Org Admin if you delete the user.
• The user will no longer be able to login to HULFT Square.
• Contents of the user's Personal Workspace will no longer be accessible.
• All active jobs created by the user will fail to run.
• Shared assets created by the user will remain active and accessible.
