Is it possible to allow the user to delete only the profiles that the user itself has created?

It is not possible to control user privilege by policies so that users can delete only profiles they created.

If you would like to control the privilege to edit profiles by users, please consider separating the users who can edit profiles and others who cannot edit profiles.
