How to check your Pod-ID

Hulft Square Support Team may ask you to share your service ID (Pod-ID) for investigation.
To check your Pod-ID, follow the instruction below.

1. Select the service type (Integrate / Transfer) at the "Service" on the left side of HULFT Square web page.

2. Put the cursor on a service that has trouble and click "︙" icon on the right side of the row, then select "Information."

3. The Pod-ID is part of the service detail page URL.
　- HULFT Integrate: ID begins with "p"
 　"https://app.square.hulft.com/services/integrates/p..."
　- HULFT Transfer: ID begins with "t"
 　"https://app.square.hulft.com/services/transfers/t..."

　For example, if you have URL below, the Pod-ID is "t80a69def-XXXXXXXXX-a936-97b236bd4ca6."
　https://app.square.hulft.com/services/transfers/t80a69def-XXXXXXXXX-a936-97b236bd4ca6
