I cannot log in to HULFT Square.
What is the cause?
Answer
If you get error message Code:400 (Incorrect username or password), username or password you entered might be incorrect.
Please check the following points.
- Are there any typos?
- Have you changed your username at the last minute?
- Have you changed your password?
If you get error message Password is expired, your password has been already expired.
Reset the password as HULFT Square requests and try to log in with the new password.
If you forget your password, you can change it from [Forgot your password]?
If the above does not solve the problem, please contact HULFT Square Technical Support Center.
