Problems in HULFT Square might be resolved by clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
This is especially useful for garbled texts on the website and incorrect behaviors immediately after the release of a new version of HULFT Square.
This article explains how to clear cache and cookies in each browser.

Clearing cache
Please note that some sites might seem slower after clearing cache because images and other contents must be reloaded.
Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More

- Click More tools
Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cached images and files", check the box.
- Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu button
and select .
- Select the panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click .
- Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
- With Cached Web Content check marked, click the button.
- Close the page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

Microsoft Edge
- Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

Under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now, select Choose what to clear.

Under Time range, choose a time range from the drop-down menu.

Select Cached images and files.

Select Clear now.

Safari

- Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
- Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox.
- Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.
Clearing cookies
If clearing cache did not resolve the problem, please try clearing cookies.
Please note that clearing cookies deletes some of your settings on the site.
Therefore, you need to log in again to the website where you were logging in.
In each procedure, you can select and delete only HULFT Square cookies.
Search for "app.square.hulft.com" and delete it.

- Close the [Settings] page.
