HULFT Square Technical Support might ask you to get APP EVENTS logs to investigate a problem.
You can get the logs in the following way:
1. Go to [Monitoring] - [APP EVENTS] - [HULFT Integrate/HULFT Transfer].
2. Hover the target log and go to [︙] - [Export].
3. The log is downloaded in CSV format.
You can also export the logs from [︙] - [Detail] - [Export].
