I invited a user but the invited person has lost the user invitation email.
What should I do in this case?
Answer
If an invited user lose the invitation email, you can re-invite the user again.
However, HULFT Square temporary stores the information of the invited user and registration link in the email has expiration time of 10 minutes. Therefore, the invitation email cannot be resend within 10 minutes from the last invitation.
When the invited user has lost the invitation email, please wait 10 minutes and then invite the user again.
