What kind of inquiries can HULFT Square Support Center answer?
For example, can the support center answer how to develop a script or to set up for an operation to meet a specific requirement?
Answer
The HULFT Square Technical Support Center provides support services for our products and services. Therefore, the support center can answer questions about functions and specifications, or investigate the cause of a problem and how to deal with it.
However, the support center cannot answer questions about things our products are not involved, or detailed operational settings including how to develop scripts or set up jobs to satisfy customers' individual requirements. For this reason, customers are strongly encouraged to make inquires about the functionality of the product or service, rather than how to achieve a specific requirement using the product or service, or whether a process is feasible.

Based on your requirements, please confirm whether the product or service can be used for processing in advance.
If it is not possible, please inform us of the contents and results of the process you have tried.
The "contents and results of the process" specifically includes the following:
- Screenshots of the script
- Capture of each component property
- Input data
- Output data (expectation of result you want)
- Execution logs (execution logs can be exported from MONITORING > APP EVENTS > HULFT Integrate)
- Other restrictions (e.g., specific functions cannot be used, if any)
The reason why the Support Center need the information above
HULFT Square Technical Support Center conducts operational confirmation for investigating and responding to functional inquiries.
In doing that, we need to know the preconditions for processing (e.g., connection destination, input data, conversion requirements, output data, etc.).
It is difficult to list all the necessary information in advance because those information varies depending on the content of a process, but most of them can be read from the content of the actual process you have tried.
In addition, if particular functions or operations cannot satisfy your requirement, we will consider whether other functions or operations can be used to satisfy it and make a proposal if there is an appropriate one, but the above information is also necessary in that case.
