Workspace does not reflect newly added users

Question

After creating a workspace with an administrator account, I added a general account and linked it to the workspace.
However, when logging in with the general account, the workspace name was not displayed when I clicked on the workspace selecte area.
Please let me know how to display the workspace.

Answer

The groups specified for the workspace might not have the policies and permissions to view the workspace (ListWorkspace, ViewWorkspace).
If the above policies and permissions have not been granted, please grant them and check if the workspace is displayed.
