Is it possible to share a inquiry ticket with multiple people, on the team for example?
We would like to be able to view, edit, and close tickets with multiple people.
Answer
Yes, by adding a user who has a HULFT Square account to your CC when you fill out the Contact us form or when you contact us with an additional inquiry, you can share a inquiry ticket among multiple users.
Once a user has been added in CC, the user can view support tickets and submit additional inquiries by selecting the "My Activities" tab on the Support page and selecting the "Requests I'm CC'd on" tab.
To close an inquiry ticket, the CC user can simply notify the support team to close the ticket.
Supplementation
If you would like to add accounts of the members with whom you would like to share your inquiry ticket to CC at once, please prepare a comma-separated list of the members' email addresses and paste it into the CC field.
